Tantra Massage Training for Women
Learn to offer women tantric massage with care, confidence and professional skill.
Professional Training Programme
9 days72 contact hoursFull Training Programme
15 days120 contact hoursTantric massage brings together touch, presence, sensuality, energy, consent and professional boundaries. Technique matters, but the work asks for more than a sequence of movements.
As a practitioner, you need to plan and deliver a complete session while staying attentive to the person receiving it. You need to listen, respond to feedback, respect boundaries and recognise your own reactions, including when a session feels intimate, vulnerable or emotional.
This training develops those skills together. Begin with the six-day Foundation Course, then continue with nine days of professional training if you want to work with clients. The full programme includes 120 contact hours, practice between teaching blocks, reflection and supervised practice.
A new direction in your work
You may already work as a therapist, coach, massage practitioner, bodyworker or facilitator. Perhaps you value conversation and insight, but want to include the body more directly in your work: how someone responds to touch, what they notice, and what changes when they pay attention to physical experience.
Or you may be considering a new profession. Perhaps your own experience of tantra or bodywork has inspired you to work with people in a more practical, embodied way.
You don't need to know exactly what your future practice will look like. The Foundation Course gives you a place to begin and discover whether this work feels right for you.
Your training pathway
You can take the Foundation Course on its own. To qualify for professional certification, you must complete both courses and meet the practice and assessment requirements.

What you'll learn
The full programme prepares you to offer women a complete tantric massage session independently and professionally. You'll learn to:
Prepare, structure, deliver and conclude a full session.
Adapt your touch to the person receiving it.
Use rhythm, pace, pressure, positioning and transitions effectively.
Communicate clearly about preferences, consent and boundaries.
Notice physical and non-verbal responses without assuming what they mean.
Ask questions, listen and respond to feedback.
Stay aware of your own body, boundaries and reactions while working.
Handle nudity, sensuality, attraction, vulnerability and intimacy professionally.
Integrate energy work into a complete massage.
Understand the relevant intimate anatomy.
Include yoni massage carefully and professionally.
Recognise the limits of your role and expertise.
You'll develop the understanding and judgement to respond to a client, rather than relying on a fixed sequence.
Foundation Course
6 days · 48 contact hours · 3 weekends
Over three weekends, you'll learn the foundations of a complete tantric massage. You'll practise touch, rhythm, pace, positioning and transitions, while discovering how your presence affects the quality of a massage.
Consent, communication and boundaries are part of every stage. You'll learn to ask what feels comfortable, notice responses and adapt, rather than assuming what someone should enjoy. Body awareness and energy work are introduced from the beginning.
Learning through giving and receiving
Participants practise with each other, taking turns to give and receive. Receiving gives you direct experience of how changes in pressure, pace, attention and presence feel. You then bring that understanding to your own touch.
An introduction to touch around the yoni
The Foundation Course includes introductory, experiential work with conscious touch around the yoni. The emphasis is on body awareness, presence and noticing your experience as both giver and receiver.
This is not professional yoni massage training. Intimate anatomy, professional preparation, hygiene and specific yoni massage techniques are taught in the Professional Training Programme.
After the Foundation course
You'll have practised both giving and receiving and established the foundations of a complete tantric massage. You'll receive a certificate of participation. This is not a professional qualification from Metta-Ji.
Teaching hours: 09:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:30
Course fee: €999
Professional Training Programme
9 days · 72 contact hours
Building on your practical foundation, this programme develops the skills needed to work with clients. You'll explore your presence, observation and responses, and learn to make careful professional decisions in work involving touch and intimacy.
The programme has four components.
Tantric Embodiment
4 days · 32 contact hours
Professional bodywork requires you to stay aware of yourself while attending to someone else. You'll learn to recognise your own physical responses and boundaries, including what happens when you feel uncertain, want to perform well, try to fix something or become overly accommodating.
You'll practise listening, building rapport and noticing non-verbal cues. You'll distinguish what you observe from your interpretation of it, and learn to receive feedback without becoming defensive.
Embodiment is treated as a professional skill: the more clearly you recognise your own responses, the better you can distinguish them from what is happening for a client.
Ethics, consent and professional practice
1 day · 8 contact hours
Explore informed consent, professional roles and boundaries, privacy, confidentiality, hygiene, responsibility and the limits of your expertise.
We'll also discuss attraction, projection and personal reactions, including how to recognise when a client's request falls outside your role. Consent is woven through the whole training; this day develops that understanding further.
The energetic body
2 days · 16 contact hours
Explore attention, breath, life energy, chakras and the relationship between the pelvis, heart and whole body. You'll learn to integrate energy work with physical touch and attentive observation throughout a session.
Yoni and intimate bodywork
2 days · 16 contact hours
Learn to include the yoni professionally within a full-body massage. Teaching covers relevant anatomy, preparation, hygiene, explicit consent, communication, pace and different forms of intimate touch.
You'll practise yoni massage techniques and learn when and how to include them. The client's experience and consent guide the work. A technique is offered because it is appropriate and agreed, rather than simply because it appears in a sequence.

How you'll learn
Learning combines practical work, observation, feedback and reflection. You'll give and receive massages, discuss your experience and apply feedback in your next practice session.
Between teaching blocks, you'll continue practising and record your experiences, questions and learning points. Professional students keep a practice portfolio or logbook. The study guide sets out the required number of practice sessions and the other practical requirements.
Professional standards
Attendance alone does not lead to certification. You'll need to demonstrate practical competence and professional judgement.
Assessment includes how you welcome a client, communicate, structure a session, respond to feedback, work with consent and boundaries, and remain attentive throughout. Professional integrity is part of the work itself.
Exam & certification
Once you've completed both courses and the required supervised practice, you can take the theoretical and practical assessments.
The practical assessment considers your work as a whole: welcoming the client, communication, session structure, touch, consent, boundaries, responsiveness, professional conduct and the integration of intimate bodywork.
You'll receive Metta-Ji's professional certificate when you meet the programme's training and practice criteria.

Additional modules
The main programme trains you to work with women. Two optional modules allow you to extend your practice. These are separate from certification for the main programme.
Working with Men
2 days · 16 contact hours · €444
Learn to adapt tantric massage to the male body, including relevant anatomy, communication, consent and touch. Lingam massage is taught within the context of a complete full-body session.
Dearmouring
2 days · 16 contact hours · €444
Explore a different approach to touch and guidance, working with tension, pace, consent, the pelvis and intimate dearmouring. You'll practise careful observation and learn to recognise when to explore further and when to slow down.
Who is this training for?
Women who want to learn to offer tantric massage to women professionally. You can begin without previous massage training. Experience of tantra, coaching or bodywork may be helpful, but is not required.
The programme can support an existing practice or provide a starting point for a new profession. Certification covers the skills taught by Metta-Ji. It does not replace medical, psychological or other regulated professional training.
Let's meet first
Before joining, you'll have an introductory conversation with Deborah. Working with touch and intimacy requires trust in the teacher and the approach. This is a chance to discuss your background and motivation, ask questions and explore whether the training suits you.
About your teacher

Deborah Wilms has fourteen years of experience in tantric massage and bodywork in her own practice. The programme draws on that experience of working with different bodies, boundaries and responses.
You'll first develop sound techniques and professional standards. From that foundation, you'll be encouraged to find your own way of working.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take only the Foundation Course?
Yes. It's a standalone six-day course with a certificate of participation. Professional certification requires the full programme, practice and assessment.
Will I learn professional yoni massage in the Foundation Course?
No. The Foundation Course introduces conscious touch around the yoni. Professional yoni massage, anatomy, hygiene and professional practice are taught in the Professional Training Programme.
Do I need to both give and receive?
Yes. Participants take turns, as receiving is an essential part of understanding how touch, pressure, pace and presence feel.
Does practice involve nudity?
It can. All practice takes place within clear agreements about consent and boundaries. Consent is always required and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Do I need massage experience?
No. The Foundation Course starts with the basics.
Can I work professionally after the Foundation Course?
It provides a foundation in tantric massage, but does not confer professional certification from Metta-Ji. For that, you must complete the full training, required practice and assessment.
Is yoni massage part of the professional curriculum?
Yes. Professional yoni work and intimate anatomy are required parts of the curriculum for working with women. Consent remains necessary throughout practice.
Will I learn to massage men?
The main programme focuses on women. The separate Working with Men module includes lingam massage and adapting a complete session to the male body.
What if I attend every day but don't yet meet the required standard?
Certification depends on demonstrated competence. The study guide explains any additional practice and reassessment requirements in advance.
Begin with a strong foundation
Start with six days of practical training. If you choose to continue, build on those skills with nine days focused on professional practice, embodiment, energy work and intimate bodywork. Complete the required practice and assessment to work towards certification.
