A tantric massage can feel like a warm bath: gentle, nurturing and deeply restful. You can let your thoughts grow quieter and follow the sensations of touch, breath and energy in your body.
In almost all my individual massages, touch and energy work are woven together. Sometimes my hands move; sometimes they rest quietly in one place. Physical contact continues throughout.
For me, the body, energy and the senses are closely connected. That combination shapes the way I work. There's nothing you need to achieve. You're welcome to relax, enjoy and notice whatever arises.
