Art of Being a Man
Three private sessions exploring attention, self-understanding and sexual energy.
Develop a clearer awareness of your body and learn to stay present as tension, desire or arousal builds.

Less pressure, more presence
Intimacy can sometimes feel like something you need to get right. Your attention shifts to performance, your partner's reactions or whether your body is responding as you expect.
Here, you'll practise noticing those moments and returning to your breath, body and direct experience. The same skill can help you stay connected with yourself during intimacy.
We work with meditation, breathing, movement, body awareness, the pelvic floor, visualisation, energy and self-touch. We'll also explore self-image, beliefs about masculinity and your inner voice. Each session leaves room for your own questions.
Session 1 · Feeling
Practise recognising when your attention drifts into thoughts or performance, then returning to sensation. A body scan, breathing, pelvic floor work and energy practices help you notice more subtle responses.
We'll explore the Microcosmic Orbit and caring self-touch, bringing attention, energy and physical experience together.
Session 2 · Embracing
An experiential exercise considers the influence of family, culture and media. We'll then focus on how you speak to yourself when you feel uncertain or compare yourself with others. You'll practise a kinder, more supportive inner voice, with words, attention and touch you can use at home.
Session 3 · Flowing
Bring awareness to your pelvis, breathing and sexual energy. Practise staying present as sensations become more intense.
We'll connect this with intimacy and communication: asking rather than guessing what a partner needs, listening carefully and staying aware of your own desires and boundaries.
What to expect
We begin with tea and a conversation about what's happening in your life or relationships. Practical exercises follow, with time to let the experience settle.
You remain clothed and do the exercises yourself. I offer verbal guidance. You can pause or stop any exercise.
