What is a tantric massage?
A tantric massage is a slow, attentive full-body massage. You can rest, breathe and receive touch with time given to each part of your body, within the boundaries you've agreed.
For me, it is a way to welcome the whole person: body, thoughts, feelings and energy. You may feel relaxed, moved, full of pleasure or simply quiet. There is no correct way to respond.
The name Metta-Ji expresses the spirit of loving attention that I aim to bring to each session.
Warmth, sensuality and choice
Warm hands and flowing movements may alternate with stillness: a hand resting over your heart or belly, time to notice warmth or a change in your breathing.
The massage can feel sensual. Arousal or a sense of energy moving may arise, without needing to lead to sexual activity or orgasm. You can notice whatever is present at your own pace.
How a session unfolds
We begin with a calm conversation. You'll have time to arrive, ask questions and discuss the touch you'd like. We'll also agree whether you prefer to be naked or partly covered and how to communicate during the massage.
A tantric greeting ritual opens the session. You then lie on the futon and receive, while I respond to your breathing, feedback and the agreements we've made.
There may be little conversation, but you can always speak. Afterwards, you'll have time to rest before leaving.
Different sessions, shared principles
Some sessions are especially gentle and nurturing; others focus more on energy or include agreed intimate touch. There are options for women, men and couples.
The foundation remains care, respect, attention to your whole experience and freedom of choice. You don't need to know which session to choose before contacting me; we can discuss it together.
Is intimate touch included?
Only if agreed. You can receive a complete tantric massage without genital touch. Where yoni or lingam massage is offered, we discuss it clearly beforehand, and you can change your mind at any time.
Respect for your boundaries is part of the whole session.
What gives it its character?
In my practice, tantric massage places particular emphasis on presence, sensory awareness and receiving without a goal to achieve. Sexual satisfaction is not the purpose of the session.

A modern practice with tantric influences
Contemporary tantric massage developed in the West through approaches often described as neotantra, combining bodywork with ideas about awareness, breath and life energy.
My own approach invites you to experience your body and senses with attention and care.
What can you expect?
No one can predict your personal experience. You may feel deep relaxation, pleasure, emotion, warmth or very little change. Tantric massage is not medical or psychological treatment.
What you can expect from me is care, respect, an agreed pace and the freedom to speak, pause or stop.
Common questions
Do I need to be naked?
No. We discuss whether you'd like to be naked or partly covered, and you can change your mind.
Is this a sexual service?
No. Sensuality and arousal may be part of your experience, but sexual contact and a guaranteed climax are not offered.
What if I become aroused?
There's no need to feel embarrassed. You can notice the sensation without acting on it.
Are there sessions for men and couples?
Yes. There are options for women, men and couples, with the same foundation of respect and choice.
What if I'm nervous?
That's common, especially on a first visit. We'll take time to talk, and you can set the pace or stop at any point.
Do I need experience?
No. Beginners are welcome.
